Our story

Sublime coffee, artisan gelato, comfort and fun! - Barnaby & Boo’s is an independent cafe created by husband and wife team Rob and Amanda.  It's our second cafe, we opened award winning brunch restaurant Tried & True in Putney back in 2012.

We have lived in the amazing community of New Malden for almost 20 years (more recently with Barnaby & Boo - the stars of our logo) and we love absolutely everything about this special place - the people, the vibrancy, the diversity, the food, the schools, the families, the Hogsmill, the beautiful parks (and all the dogs!) and don't forget the X26 (sorry SUPERLOOP).

Everything we serve is top notch! We serve coffee from Square Mile, the original London artisan roaster.  Our creamy milk is from Northiam Dairy on the Kent Sussex border, and our decadent artisan gelato is from the incredible Hackney Gelato.

We serve a range of fresh savoury sandwiches made to order with delicious sourdough bread from Sevenseeded and local bakeries.

The space is designed with a nod to 50s nostalgia with a modern twist, offering our guests a fun, family friendly environment to enjoy and LIVE!
